My starting point

As a bill I have the ability to be presented first in either the House of Commons or the Senate. Most of the time I am honoured to be represented by the cabinet\ Executive Branch. This process can sometimes leave me for gotten and unappreciated, what I mean by that is that over time the steps for me to become a law are sometimes interfered with others that are in the same situation as I am. {Other bills}
