The steps to becoming a law

The last decision that will change my future
After my busy readings we come to an end.My final step until I can become what I've always destined to be. Of course, before that happens, the queen has to have a say in me. But like usual she is too busy and doesn't have any time so commands her representative[ governor general] to take her place. The Governor general can refuse to sign me but we all know she will. Once that stage is finished I can officially call my self a law and will have the capability to change my country in a possitive way.
Almost there
Once I pass my first two readings (which we all know I will) I go onto my third reading, and once again they argue and discuss me. As soon as they have finished talking about me I get voted on, again... Now that I've gone through three readings and have been approved I get to go on more adventures and meet the Senate for three more! To me it kind of seems like a never ending process, but its worth it. All the steps are important but the last few are nerve racking, because they can still change their minds and deny me. But as soon as they think I fit, they send me off for one more FINAL approval.
I'm Crazy busy!
My life in the parliament is a little bit hectic, I get bounced around a lot. To begin I go to the House of Commons for my first reading and that is where all the MP's read and examine me to see if they can find any flaws. After that as you could imagine for the second reading I get voted by everyone in the house, and if they all like me and think I could improve our countries way of living I go to the special committee. As I sit there listening to them discuss me some saying mean things, they come up with ways to improve me so more people will like me. To be continued...
My Movie Producers
The Cabinet is like my movie producers, they're the ones who create the ideas (me) for the main objective of becoming a law. As cabinet ministers they have the ability to send me as an idea to the department and they will then make me into a rough draft. Then as a whole Cabinet they will get together and decide if I am an important enough objective to take to the House of Commons.
The Cabinet...
The Cabinet...
This is actually the cabinet :)
